At the time of the selling process sale activity was slow for reasons she and I were unsure of,however Megan keep running open house week after week. She also ensured the house remained presentable by personally tidying up and ensure the grounds were maintained by a reliable contractor who she recommended. Even during this time Megan was keeping a watchful eye on potential buyers for our property while conducting other open house activities. It was this due diligence that sold our property. Megan was an absolute pleasure to communicate with throughout our first home purchase experience. Megan was always more than happy to answer calls and questions on any day and was always extremely timely with her response. As first home buyers, there were a lot of unknowns in this experience for us, Megan was full of appropriate knowledge and explained things the best she could. Unfortunately Megan was away during a few key dates of our settlement so a colleague worked with us throughout that time and much to our delight, there was no communication breakdown throughout these periods. Unfortunately when it came to pre-settlement inspection I had felt like I had been blindsided due to the cleanliness of the property we were purchasing. Unfortunately the standards of RealWay let me down greatly on that day, it was extremely disappointing and made the already stressful day, 10 x more stressful. Overall Megan was a pleasure to work with and made this experience a positive and smooth one (mostly) for both myself and my partner.
