After having dealt with many aloof realtors meeting Megan was a refreshing change, she was very kind, friendly and down to earth. Many real estate agents are only interested in getting as much as possible for the house they're selling, however as first home buyers in a market which is increasing at a rate much higher than the average income we only had a limited amount of resources. Megan's genuine and friendly manner didn't make us feel less worthy of her time with our limited resources as other agents have, and she was easily contactable at any time of the day or night.
