Megan was a good sales agent who went above her expected services , she did source buyers from her own outreach and even provided services during public and holiday periods. In sourcing our buyer she was not pushy for us to accepting offers and did take a reasonable approach to the sale with our comfort-ability and time frame. In achieving the maximum sale price value for your property she did demonstrate various methods to achieving this through her experience and collecting data then implementing changes to reach the target. It does take patience to achieve this kind of outcome which she has capacity for if required. All homes have different selling markets whether they be high end, average etc however all would have a variety of customers and the sale method may change depending on what the market is determining. Megan is wonderful to have to go guide through the experience to determine the mindset at each point to move forward for the maximised outcome.
