I do not give maximum points to anybody, but I cannot fault Megan and her team, or offer her points to improve on. She is knowledgeable about her market, her clients and her customers needs, and makes and closes out the deal to each parties satisfaction. She was in touch at each stage of the procedure. This was the second renovated rental property that Megan has sold for us, both deals were pretty much done within 24 hours of hitting the market.

When my x wife and i decided to sell our Qld investment property we spoke to a number of agents and we decided to use Megan LBHERZ from Raywhite Realestate. We used Megan because she was friendly and seems to know the local market well. She regularly updated us via phone and email about the situation of our property (as i live in Sydney and my ex lives in Melbourne.) Megan would send us reports such as the market situation, how many people are interested in my house, how many have inspected my property and their generall comments etc. When there are things that needed to be fixed she promptly organised to get quotes and we just needed to give authorisation for the work to commence. We sold 2 property through Megan this year and i am happy with the results. She gave us assistance throughout the whole process which made life a lot easier for us because we both live in terstates. All documents were sent to us via email with clear instructions. All that we had to do was read/sign and returned to her. I would strongly recommend anybody to use Megan if they want to buy or sell property. I would certaintly use her service again!

This was NOT an easy sale. Nothing went easily, and lawyers were still arguing on settlement day. However, through it all, Megan and her team stayed calm and were the only point of negotiation sometimes between seller and buyer. Listing the house was easy and straight forward, no surprises throughout the campaign, but I have to say, the whole contract thing was where having someone strong and experienced absolutely paid off. Many agents would have folded like a cheap suit on a banana lounge, but Megan just remained calm and kept talking!! Great job and honestly, I absolutely got what I paid for. Don't skimp on the person who can save your life's investment, is my advice.
