The property sold for almost exactly as Megan had predicted. Megan was non-coercive in decision my making and answered all questions about any offers. Nothing was too hard for her and her mannerism could not be flawed whilst still maintaining her professionalism. When any work needed to happen, Megan had resources that [proved to be reliable and cost effective. For handling a sale 4 hours from my home, it was great having someone I could trust and rely on.
