I had been following Armstrong Real Estate for some time on social media and when we were considering selling they were the first agents we called. I loved how they are a young, energetic team. Megan made the whole selling process very easy considering we had never sold a property before. Megan knows her stuff and knows this area extremely well, I definitely learnt a lot throughout the process. She was honest and realistic about what our price range was and gave regular updates. Having never sold a house before, we looked straight to a local agent hoping to gain good knowledge and client base. We had noticed a fair few other houses in the area (Armstrong Creek) either just going up for sale or just being sold. It looked like Armstrong Real Estate had a good majority of the market and also appeared to sell the properties quite quickly. We had been recommended to use Armstrong Real Estate by both our builder and broker, so they were the first agent we contacted. Megan responsed to our enquiry quickly and was very easy going from the beginning. The team at Armstrong Real Estate are a young and enthusiastic group lead well by a hard working leader in Megan. Megan evaluated the house exactly where we felt it sat in the market, her advertisement, marketing plan and costs were also very good. Megan had a very good theory and plan on where to advertise and how to market our house, being that they are a local agent with previous and current experience in selling other local houses. We were also so impressed that Megan had a good amount of potential buyers in the database already. The process was very comfortable, professional and also allowed us to be included, kept up to date and involved. We sold our house in under two weeks from our initial enquiry to sell and within 2 days of being on the market. We could not have been happier to sell for the exact price we were hoping in such a small amount of time. Megan’s team even managed to find us a rental property to move into while we start our next project. What an amazing group of people to deal with and would highly recommend Megan and the group at Armstrong Real Estate to any friends or family looking to sell their house.
