I have nothing but praise for the whole team at Harcourts Aqua. Through my dealings with Jodie on the front counter I did not bother looking for any other agent but came straight to Harcourts Aqua. I was introduced to Megan and Monica and they were extremely helpful, courteous and very respectful especially dealing with my mother and I sincerely thank them for that. Due to my occupation, I called in ad hoc a couple of times and if the girls weren't in the office, their colleague, Catherine was able to help me and conduct the transactions I required. I was informed every step along the way and although things were a bit hectic on the day of the auction , everything went smoothly as far as I could see. I was introduced to the auctioneer, Steve, who drew me aside and asked about the home and about Mum & Dad.
