We met with alot of real estate agents about the sale of our home. In our opinion Megan Smith is the best sales agent on the Balmain peninsula. She is completely genuine, transparent and very responsive in her communication, authentic and has exceptional professional integrity. She went above and well beyond the expected, both before and throughout the campaign to get us a great result in challenging market conditions. Most importantly it is clear Megan loves what she does!

As a buyer, Megan was a pleasure to deal with. She went out of her way for an unscheduled viewing as we were headed overseas and would not be back before the auction.
