Megan Young took the task of selling the property of my deceased relative. I was immediately impressed with her dedication and expertise. She provided very helpful/sound advice on the renovations necessary and assisted with requirements to obtain a survey strata title to the property. Some of the processes were lengthy and complicated not helped by COVID restrictions, however Megan remained positive, helpful and supportive throughout.
