I would rate Megan very highly. Her market knowledge and credibility is exceptional and her communication skills are all that anyone could expect. If she is ever unavailable to respond to a call immediately she will text straight away and call as soon as possible. Her skills in negotiating through any problems which arise are also exceptional.The unit that I was selling was involved in a siege between armed gunmen and police just 7 days before settlement. As I was resident in Sydney Megan calmly worked through problems with me and the purchaser and everything was settled on the scheduled date. I would rate her at least 6 stars out of 5.
