Knowledge: Poor. Didn’t seem to know much about the area, despite living quite close by. Had little to no knowledge about the houses amenities and either twisted some truths or blatantly lied to us. Professionalism: Terrible. We always felt rushed whenever we inspected the property, like she had better things to do then let us have a good look around. A couple of times she also wasn’t even sure if she had the keys to the house and we actually had to ask for a sold sign to be put up. We also were a bit iffy about the $1000 deposit as when we got it back it was different notes. Just seemed a bit suss. Communication: Average. As first home owners we asked for a lot of clarification around the process. We got zero information about the process. A couple of times as well we felt like we were being spoken to like we were 5 years old. Overall: We felt that the process was unnecessarily stressful, which was added to by all of the above issues. 100% would not recommend.
