This review is for both Mehul and Vish from OKAS. The agent was responsive up until the sale was completed, but once the settlement occurred, multiple legitimate issues were handled poorly. Essential items such as keys to the property were not properly handed over, and there was no meaningful assistance in resolving access and security issues after settlement. Clear concerns were raised, yet responses were dismissive and responsibility was repeatedly deflected rather than addressed. For something as basic as vacant possession and post-settlement obligations, the follow-up was unacceptable and unprofessional. Based on this experience, I would be cautious engaging this agent if you expect proper support once the contract is signed and the commission is paid.
