And it just so happens that this aligns perfectly with a seller's goal to achieve the 'best price'. Whilst Mel is notably humble and down to earth, she takes enormous pride in achieving higher-than-market value prices, and selling in record time - and I believe she is one of the very rare and very few agents that would tell you NOT to take a deal, if she is confident she can get you a higher price.

Mel was very proactive, motivated. She was always respectful of my decision making timeframes which I really appreciated. Mel really tried to understand what I wanted however gave me very accurate advice around market value. Mel negotiated a price above what I expected and therefore was super happy with the result. If you are serious about selling you should use Mel as your agent, she's awesome!

Melissa would have to be one of the most pleasurable real estate agents you could ever wish to deal through. I could only rate her 10 out of 10.
