We went to view the unit we purchased but we had been looking for a long time for no maintenance living and the agent that we met at the unit we had met at other property's she was selling about six months prior. Like all good agents she remembered our names and what we were looking for and was greeted with " this will be perfect for you " and it was, only the price of property had gone up so much we needed to sell our home to be able to afford the unit. Mel took it in her stride to sell our home but arranged for us to rent back the house we sold for a week, so our furniture did not have to go into storage. Mel Anderson arranged everything from the beginning to the end without one thing going wrong, so we both say thank you to her.
