Excellent Communication and Response

Mel was a pleasure to deal with and demonstrated excellent communication, honesty, and professionalism throughout the buying process. Although the multi-offer process itself was not an experience I particularly enjoyed and would likely avoid in the future, Mel's guidance and transparency made the experience as smooth as possible.
