I had this property listed with two other local agentsfor about eighteen months. Mel had more lookers in the first week than they had in eighteen months. Whilst it may have taken six months to sell there were offers all along the way. In the finish we had four competing offers in the same week resulting in a offer of $175,000 initially which when they were all told to resubmit the best offers it sold for $200,000. A great result and I could have taken a higher offer as well but, chose the least line of resistance in the finish. One of the other agents I had the house listed with in the past sold a house in Aberdeen that was a mirror copy of my house [same house just changed slightly same age on a bigger block] was a long settlement [three months] and he sold it for less. A mediocre result at best but it's what you would expect from this Scone Hic. I can't recommend Mel highly enough. While ever you have dumb agents in opposition I would expect your agency[John Flood Real Estate] to command the majority of the market as you do. Congratulations to your entire team. Finally I chose Floods for their results in houses sold in Aberdeen from Real Estate .com .au You could see clearly at the time that they were outselling everyone else. Also Mel's professionism shone through when I cancelled my previous agency agreements and one of them could only bad mouth your Agency. Mel did not take this onboard and handled herself and represented your Agency very well. Also the other agency when I cancelled their agency agreement supposedly came up with a phantom nameless offer to try and hold onto the listing a little longer. Both their agencies acted like they were happy to be able to limbo dance under a snake's belly with a top hat on [so that's how low they can go] It's a shame we can't name and shame them.

Mel went above and beyond with all involved with the sale as we live 5hrs away she was always there when needed. Thanks Mel and all the John Flood staff
