Persistence

From the get go, Mel’s understanding of the local market impressed me. Background information regarding how the property market was changing locally and the possibilities for me in selling in that current market. There were three bites on the property over three months and during that time Mel was in touch numerous times with very pertinent questions that needed answering. During conversations with Mel I became aware of some of the difficulties she was facing with some clients and how she proactively handled the situations. Overall, Mel went way out of her way to sell the property and secure the deal. Very impressed.
