Mel had great knowledge of the area where I was purchasing and was able to answer my questions confidently and accurately. I purchased remotely from interstate, so the virtual tour provided was an excellent tool for me to view the property and make a decision without viewing the property in person. Mel was also able to give recommendations for other services needed during the purchasing process (such as conveyancers) which helped make the process easier. The use of electronic forms was great, saving the need to print/sign/scan/(waste) paper and time.
