Above and beyond what was expected

Mel got involved in helping us as a result of the our son being killed at work. We live in NZ and we had no other relatives in Australia to help. Mel was an amazing help to us in so many ways. Her caring and sympathetic approach and her willingness to help at a very trying time, was a real blessing. She went far beyond what is normally expected from a real estate salesperson and we are so grateful to her. Once we were able to put the house on the market, Mel was quick to find a buyer and was able to achieve the result we needed.
