When we met Mel we instantly felt comfortable, we did meet several agents who were excellent, professional and capable, however we knew Mel was our agent. My Space's packages including cleaning, boxes, storage & marketing take some stress away for working couples with kids. As a working parent herself we felt Mel understands the challenges of life with kids and accommodates for busy couples. We also found Mel's ability to sort wheat from chaff invaluable for us as inexperienced sellers. When selling it can be easy to get carried away with demands price etc, sometimes a strong conversation is required, I personally found that invaluable and believe Mel's experience kept our sale on track.
