Mel was excellent, she had great local knowledge and was very adamant that we would get a buyer for the house. She knew the right time change things up by getting a tenant to entice investors and dropping the price slightly but wouldn't drop it anymore as she knew she would get that price. I would highly recommend her to anyone selling their house.
