I was unable to view the property personally due to Covid restrictions but Mel went out of her way to take my daughter through and support the purchase process remotely. I dont know where to start with recommending Mel. From the get go Mel was always so welcoming and knowledgeable, always taking her time out to ring me, email me answer any little weird question I had about selling a house for a start then further on during the sale process. In the past we haven’t made contact via these types of marketing as we are more so ‘word of mouth’ type people BUT this time we did and we are so glad.
