From the get go Mel was always so welcoming and knowledgeable, always taking her time out to ring me, email me answer any little weird question I had about selling a house for a start then further on during the sale process. This is our first home we have ever sold and is our family home and Mel knew we needed to make the most of the sale and our situation! We actually sold in a few days from first open home with so many written offers and selling way over what we thought we could get! and it all started with a flyer in our mail box! In the past we haven’t made contact via these types of marketing as we are more so ‘word of mouth’ type people BUT this time we did and we are so glad.
