Mel did a fantastic job getting a very good price and extremely fast sale for us at what was a difficult time. Without her gentle pushing nothing would have happened with the property. Now it's sold and ready for the next owners to breathe life into it. I would thoroughly recommend her and hope to use her again in the future when the time is right.
