I bought a property during an auction through Barry Plant and Melanie has been helping us right from the beginning - after auction to settlement date. Melanie was actually not our agent but she never mind helping us throughout the process at all which has built a very positive image towards Barry Plant's reputation. We were really impressed with the way Melanie has spent time for us. There was a few inspections that we need to do before settlement date (i.e valuation inspection, pre settlement inspection, pre renovation visit, etc) and Melanie has never hesitated in helping us. It was also a sweet thing that Melanie sent me a text on my settlement date to ask about the time of the settlement so that she can pass on the keys to me without any delays! (most agents will never care at all!) I felt like she's really sincere and cared about us. It was really lucky that we had Melanie which has given us an exceptional experience in settling and renovating our property :)
