During an extremely stressful period for me, Mel was truly professional in all aspects of the sale as well showing empathy and understanding. Her knowledge of the market and assistance with handling the sale was truly appreciated as I live interstate. I certainly would recommend her to any prospective buyers/sellers.

Over many years and many properties we have dealt with meanie and Anne at Laguna. You ALWAYS know where you stand, how you are performing and always get an honest answer, what else can you ask for when selling OR buying.
