Mel was always professional and friendly. She has an excellent understanding of the current market in the area I was purchasing. She was always available to answer any queries and knew the property well. The support provided at auction exceeded my expectations and was greatly appreciated. Whilst obviously working for the seller and their best interests, Mel was also very supportive of prospective purchasers, which achieved an outcome everyone was comfortable with.
