This is the second time I have sold with Melanie and she remains my go to agent. She went above and beyond in all stages of the sale; organising price conscious trade services to ready the property; getting the desired price; managing my conveyancer with some issues they should have sorted; rebutting unrealistic building reports making a $1800 fix list down to $280. Then of course she did her job - advertise, show the property and keep me informed. You won’t find a more committed agent and a genuine problem solver to keep things moving. As an interstate seller/investor I would have struggled without her support.
