Melanie was professional and friendly, and our overall view of selling our house is that it was quick, positive and painless. We are happy with our sale price, which was not quite what we hoped for in our wildest dreams, but was certainly above our minimum. She provided good advice on our best options in terms of pre-sale renovations to maximise sale price while minimising costs to us. We live away from the area so could not maintain the property during the time it was on the market, Melanie Stewart RE was able to provide us with a reliable, honest and reasonably priced maintenance person to fill the gap. Melanie was clear on what she considered our best marketing options were, but was flexible and worked with us to tailor options to our preferences. Her communications were excellent, she generally answered our phone calls, and promptly responded to texts and missed calls if she couldn't get to the phone. The only negative really was that she showed a bit too much initiative early on to try and sell the property before we were ready (prior to renovations, prior to our tenants leaving), however, she pulled back when confronted about it, and thereafter was very responsive to our directions. Overall, we are very happy with her service.
