Melanie helped the reviewer sell this property

Results Beyond Every Expectation!

When my husband and I decided to sell our home we enlisted Melanie as our agent after she came highly recommended by friends, and from our first conversation with her we knew we had made the right choice. Melanie's professional yet caring approach gave us the peace of mind that we needed to entrust her with selling our biggest asset. She showed in-depth knowledge of the market, spent time talking to us to develop an understanding of our needs and expectations and she not only met them, but exceeded them after our first open house. She was with us every step of the way, going the extra mile by negotiating to the last dollar with every potential buyer and making herself available 24/7 to both us and the buyers right up until settlement. You will not meet a harder or more dedicated worker in this industry, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Melanie to all my family and friends who are looking at selling their property.
