I cannot praise Mele Gong highly enough. She obviously knows her area and the market as she managed to get a price way above expectation for my one bedroom flat, and after only a week on the market at that! Mele is incredibly efficient and dogged in her approach. In other words, she puts her all into selling your property and keeps one fully informed during the process. I have no hesitation in recommending Mele Gong to anyone looking for an exceptional agent who really knows her stuff!

We missed a property sold by Mele at a reasonable price before the purchase of this one, and she suggested us to communicate as soon as possible next time. So we did as what she suggested this time, and she successfully conveyed the vendor to make the deal in a few days after the first inspection with her professional communication skills. I also have to say that as an agent she has an excellent negotiation skills about the selling price so that the buyers and the vendors can agree with a number to make the sales happen.
