Mele helped the reviewer sell this property

Execellent agent

Mele knew the market thoroughly and gave good advice. She was able to sell two properties of mine recently in this downturn in the market. One on the second open inspection and the other on the first open inspection. She is pleasant, efficient and answers all my phone calls and emails. She was able to help me with getting the right people to do the staging, painting and cleaning of my properties. I am very happy with her and will contact her again for future transactions. Her colleague Tony was extremely helpful, too. I highly recommend PRD, Mele and Tony.
