Melina was great, from start to finish. No b*ll Sh*t!! down to earth and did exactly what she needed to do to please both us the buyer and the seller. Even though we were unable to move in straight away due to a current tenant contract she still offered to meet us on site after the settlement to hold up a "Sold" sign for a photo moment, this made our day. We would definitely use Melina again and we would recommend her to anyone in the market, buying or selling.
