 I wasn’t actively looking for a property. I stumbled across my dream home being sold by Melina and was successful in getting it under contract with terms that would allow me to get my current home sold. This meant I was suddenly under the pump to get my house on the market. I couldn’t have gotten my house ready without the assistance of Melina and her team (special shout out to Justin!)
 My house sold and everything was going right until settlement when the purchasers had some issues and the settlement date was pushed back a week. EEEEK! I had movers booked and knew I would struggle to book again at such short notice. Again Melina stepped in and resolved the issue.
