Mel originally sold me my property years ago, so when I made the decision to sell again there wasn't a second thought about who I needed to contact, she is, in mine and many others opinions, the best of the best. Mel worked with me effortlessly, with not only her professionalism and knowledge within the Real Estate area but in a way that makes you feel heard, seen and comfortable. My property was internally advertised within days, and I was receiving updates as soon as she was. The property was tenanted, making the situation a little more difficult, I thought, but Mel went above and beyond in her efforts to reassure them that they had nothing to worry about and walk them through the process step by step, creating a place of ease. The sale was not a straight forward one, especially with me being over seas for a large chunk of it, but with every hiccup Mel was there with a solution. My property has gone unconditional within 6 weeks of my initial call. Her hard work and dedication is a testament to her character and 5 stars doesn't even come close to the review she deserves. If you are even contemplating selling your property, call Melinda Butcher now, there is no one better.

Mel was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made the entire selling of the property above expectations

Melinda was recommended to me and I can honestly say that she has been very helpful with explaining the process of selling my block and if I required any support, was there for me 100%. Her knowledge of the market in my area was outstanding and she communicated with me every few weeks as to the progress of the interest in my block and how she was structuring the advertising for its sale. Melinda was constanting in touch with clients who had shown interest in my land and relayed any negative issues relating to my block that a buyer had put forward to her. Her overall knowledge, communication and professionalism cannot be faulted and as she has successfully sold my block, a true testament to her ability as a Real Estate Agent. I would not hesitate in recommending Melinda to anyone in need of a competent Real Estate Agent in the future.

Melinda Butcher is a terrific, highly energetic and experienced real estate agent. Her performance is flawless. She is very engaging, courteous and always ready to lend a hand to sort out hiccups. In summary, Melinda is a high-calibre professional, who never disappoints.
