Mel was a pleasure to work with and supplied plenty of updates with a great result in the end. I could not be happier. Thanks Mel and the team at Taylor’s. Cheers Eddie
Working with Melinda Butcher again was a truly remarkable experience and we couldn’t recommend her more highly. Her extensive market knowledge is second-to-none, and she demonstrated a deep understanding of the local real estate trends, which gave us confidence throughout the process. Her communication was always clear, timely, and professional, ensuring that we were kept in the loop at all times. What really set Melinda apart was her commitment and dedication to going above and beyond for all parties involved to ensure that the transaction was smooth and stress-free for everyone. She showed a remarkable dedication to her clients, addressing every step of the process with care and making us feel like we were her a priority and valued and not just another number. We very highly recommend Melinda to anyone looking for an agent who combines expertise, professionalism, quick thinking and an unwavering commitment to client satisfaction.
6 Stars in all aspects of Market knowledge, Communication with both the sellers and buyers. Her overall professionalism and friendly disposition could not be faulted. Melinda listened to what we wanted to achieve, and how we wanted to go about it. Her endless patience is to be admired and fully appreciated by us.
From purchasing my first home to then making the decision to sell and move on to the next adventure Mel's honest and realistic approach was a fantastic fit and made to process a breeze. Her knowledge and experience in the area is invaluable. Mel's easy going professional nature was a massive help when I was not really sure what I was looking for when I first started my search. Can not recommend Mel and Katie and the team highly enough
Mel keeps it casual and takes all the stress out of selling a home, making for a easy stress free sale. She gives an honest opinion on where you sit in the market and doesn't beat around the bush and overload you with irrelevant information, which makes it easy understand the current climate and come up with a marketing strategy. 10/10
We have been most impressed by Melinda and Katie as they have served us in the sale of our home at 36 Kingfisher Terrace Jubilee Pocket. The professionalism, knowledge and communication expertise are second to none.
A very positive experience, with a very professional agent. Mel made sure she always had time and any questions or queries that my wife and I had regarding the sale of our property.
I meet Melinda back in 2021 when we purchased our Beautiful Sea view property in Cannonvale. Thinking back to when we purchased that property, for whatever reason we couldn’t get up there to view it. Melinda did numerous video walk-throughs of the house, backyard and the whole property in general, making sure that we were 100% happy before making a purchase. So this was a no brainer to get Melinda back in to sell the property. Through the whole process, Melinda kept in close contact, giving us ideas on how to present the property, marketing updates, website views, right down to topping up the pool water after our tenants left. I think there may have been times when she put the sprinklers on to water our plants 😄 Not only is Melinda a Brilliant Real Estate agent but she’s a genuinely caring person. We’ve had some pretty hard times and Melinda was always there to have a chat putting a positive outlook on everything. My husband and I can’t thank Taylors Property specialist enough for everything they’ve done over the years, right down to renting our property out. Kindest Regards Justine Well Done Team 🙌🏽
Mel and her team have kept us informed throughout the entire process. Her expertise and commitment to ensuring the sale went through smoothly have been outstanding. I highly recommend Mel as your next real estate agent.
Mel had been spectacular in dealing with the sale of our unit. We had unexpected issues and it turned into an 7 month contract (not an issue with either vendor or vendee….) and not once did Mel drop the ball or lose her professionalism in working with all parties concerned. We had also purchased our property from Mel several years previously, and there was no other agent we even have consideration too. Highly recommend Mel for her professionalism, cool head, calm demeanour and sense of humour! Thanks so much Mel
