Melinda replaced another real estate staff member from the same agency, some months into Mum's house being on the market. She displayed a courteous and pleasant manner when interacting with me about matters relating to selling Mum's house. On open house days, she either texted or rang me with the number of possible buyers through the house, as well as feedback about them, when she thought it necessary to pass that information onto me. It was also good that she contacted them during the following week, as well, as a way of getting feedback on Mum's house, as well. Melinda actively followed up on things when the house was under contract twice with the second contract being successful with a sold outcome. She seemed to have developed a good rapport with the two perspective buyers who both had contracts on the house at various times.
