Although all communication with Melinda was either via email, text or phone call we did find her to be polite and knowledgeable on aspects of selling our house. We were first time sellers, so this was important for us to feel as though we had support throughout the process. I do think Melinda and her team did put the effort in to present our property well to get the best possible result. At times, we did feel as though Melinda did have a lot of properties on her plate but she does get results.
