Melinda provided a high level of personalised service and always made us feel like we were her only clients despite her being so in demand. The process was smooth and professional and she went above and beyond to help us from the start to end, including getting the house ready for market by providing contacts for trades and expert advice on what would appeal to buyers. She provided options for marketing and styling and didn’t push for the most expensive option, but obviously tailored her recommendation to what would work best for our property, desired price and speed with which was wanted to sell. Our only feedback overall is that we probably were encouraged to hit the market a fair bit over priced, much more than we expected but we were probably not as up front as we could have been about what we would have been happy with. We think it probably should have had a price adjustment earlier in the process. Also we don’t know if this is just an incorrect expectation on our behalf but we thought we needed more direction on price negotiations after offers came in. We felt a bit lost in the process of figuring out what to counter to get the price we were wanting. But overall happy with the result in the end. Would absolutely use Melinda again for buying and selling.
