We didn't expect as Buyers that the Selling Agent would be so helpful along the way. Melinda was really nice at the Home Open and we spent the full half hour inspecting the property. Melinda gave us useful information including the ideal price range for the home which allowed us to make a firm offer on the home straight away. The offer was accepted so quickly; Melinda took our offer as genuine and we did not get into a negotiation war. The Sellers and Melinda have been wonderful to deal with. When it came time to sign the contract, Melinda clearly explained the contract to us and stepped us through things so well that when I spoke to the solicitor for the first time about the contract, Melinda had already told me the things my solicitor was telling me.
