Melinda and her team secured several good offers for us in a relatively low market, selling our home for what we felt was its true fair value. We knew she had the local experience from watching who sells in our suburb for a few years, but she impressed us by being the only one to take the time to make clear, detailed and honest recommendations for what we could do to improve the property even before we signed up. We had set aside money and wanted to make some changes, but weren't sure where the best investment of our budget would be. Other agents spent very little time understanding us and our property and suggested selling 'as is' for a price we felt was not fair value in the market. We are busy professionals and Melinda's team organised all trades for the modest projects she recommended. We could immediately see the difference in look and feel of our property and are confident her recommendations improved value and sale price. Melinda went through the marketing package in detail with us and make suggestions for what we should cut out because it wouldn't be right for us, saving us money. Melinda personally oversaw hours of work by her team styling and photographing our property, down to hammering in nails to hang artwork. We could not have afforded to buy a full house worth of beautiful accessories or 3+ hours of styling and Belle supplied it free of charge. Melinda and her friendly team were very easy to communicate with and very responsive throughout. They were also very patient with us as first time sellers, answering lots of questions. For all this, Melinda charges a commission no more than other local agents. Honestly, what more could you want!
