Hi Melinda After meeting with a number of agents we chose to list our house with Melinda because she is so willing to do whatever is needed to help her clients. Her professionalism, positive but not pushy attitude and tips on presentation helped take away the stress. We were blown away when we had 40 groups through our first open house and even more so when we sold that coming Monday, getting the price we wanted. It all happened so quickly.
