Perfection! That is the word I would use in describing the sale of my home with Melinda and her team at Belle Property. From the first meeting, Melinda was welcoming, courteous and her presentation was immaculate. After only two open homes, the first being put together so quickly as time was against us. After the second open home we had a contract in place! There has been no part in any of this process that I have felt overwhelmed by selling. Melinda cannot be faulted in her ability to sell a home & doing it in such an effortless manner. The communication was exceptional, Melinda followed up every call and always informed us of new or further progress. Everyone’s experience should be just as ours was! I wouldn’t consider selling my biggest investment with any other agent in the future than Melinda and her team who were MARVELLOUS! Nothing was ever too much to ask!
