Melinda exceeded our expectations! Dealing with her to buy our first home has been such an enjoyable process from start to finish. At the open home she showed so much knowledge about the property and was able to answer all our questions. Throughout the contract period she was very professional and very communicative when it came to literally EVERYTHING! If we had a question at any time, we felt very comfortable giving her a call. She was also very knowledgeable about the area and surrounding area’s we were buying in. Melinda is such a ray of sunshine and made us feel so at ease all the time. We could not recommend her enough.
