Estimating for a church building and selling is never easy. And the only question in the process was the estimate which is a market issue as the building went at double the estimated price. This was in significant part due to Melinda's work dealing with 17 bidders some of which were very keen and meant significant days were spent getting the highest price in a very competitive bidding process. We felt the final price was around the peak of what any of the participants would have wanted to pay and for that Melinda deserves tremendous credit meaning the final price was about the best we felt we could expect.
