Melinda helped the reviewer sell this property

Top shelf Individual who smashes records but cares even more

Melinda was amongst 4 agents we've appraised for the sale of our property. What stood out was the 'can do' attitude despite the uncertain market, knowledge of the target audience, the flaws of the property and more importantly how to address them. Never too busy to take our phone calls, text or email, she's kept us up to date with property insepctions. Her flair for dressing up a place, addressing issues but more importantly massaging the relationship between us vendors, potential buyers, and tenants reminded us why we chose her in the first place. We sold the place within our time frame, at the price she recommended and at the same time made our tenant really happy! Will we recommend her? 100% yes.
