From the beginning, Melinda understood and communicated what was happening in the market for our location. Mel quickly understood our goals, and worked collaboratively to ensure they were achieved. What we liked was that Mel was happy to listen to our ideas, but also pointed out the benefits of not changing when appropriate. What made this selling process different to others we have gone through in the past were the personal touches incorporated into the open houses and the acknowledgment the sales process has on the family, particularly the kids. When we got to the contract phase, Mel met our expectations and went beyond to ensure we achieved a timely sale. Sunday evenings negotiating with the sellers was no trouble for Mel. The service didn't end once the contract was signed. Unfortunately for us, on exiting the property we had a leaky tap where the washing machine was connected to. It was a Tuesday night and we were leaving the state the next morning. We turned the water off and Mel arranged for a plumber the next morning to fix the issue. Its these sorts of extra service that makes the whole process much more enjoyable. We would use Mel's services again!

As a licenced real estate agent, it is difficult to trust the sales process of my properties to another agent. However, we live interstate and I could not come down to Tas to sell our investment property.
