I've seen her first doing an auction in one of the houses in Elizabeth drive and I was really impressed. I was sure that the vendor was happy the way that auction wen through. Then came the time that I was the purchaser and she was the agent assigned to sell and do the auction for the property, though the vendor passed with the highest bid which was mine the negotiation between myself and the vendor went smooth because of Melinda.
