Melissa Bailey

Melissa has been part of our real estate journey for many years, first managing our investment property and then most recently as our sales agent when we decided to sell the house as part of our transition to retirement plans. Melissa has always been friendly, professional, and easy to work with. She was very helpful in working through our sales strategy so we could meet all the requirements to let our tenants know what to expect and when, and in helping us decide what we should do to get house looking its best for the market. Selling can be quite a stressful experience but we always felt like we had someone knowledgeable and very approachable helping us understand things and guiding us through everything.

It was a tough few months, but Melissa was right there by my side the whole time. Real-estate agents don't have the best name (trust me most cannot be trusted), but Melissa breathes ethics, reality and a caring nature into her mission to look after her clients in such a patient manner. She ensures you are comfortable and educates you on the market as you're selling. Melissa, is not at all in this industry for her commission or to sell something at a price she believes is unreasonable. However, she pushes for the right price and allows the seller to make decisions freely, without pushing her own agenda. I honestly will be using Melissa again, and forwarding everyone I know her details. Her experience speaks volumes, so ignore the agent who has 10 years experience... they have nothing on Mel.

Got the result we wanted.

I live in Melbourne and we only ever spoke on the phone. I am extremely satisfied with our cooperation. Professional, friendly and providing good advice when needed is the summary of my interactions with Melissa. Thank you for al your assistance. Jerry

Melissa helped me with purchasing a new property recently. It had been sometime since I had done this and needed help with everything needed to complete the purchase of the property. Melissa was there every step of the way, and nothing was too much for her to assist me with all of my questions. She had suggested several trades as I needed some work done which worked out extremely well. Melissa was great in every aspect, and I highly recommend her for any future sales.

I am happy I engaged Mel at Raine and Horne Kallangur to sell my property. Nothing was too much for this lovely soul. Mel is one of a kind, professional, and integral yet approachable and organic. This is your lady if you want local knowledge and skills that meet any sellers expectations. Good one Mel and thanks so much.
