Melissa and her team were very helpful with matters after settlement in regards to some issues we faced. However, there was some information about the property that the team were misinformed about and that information was passed onto us with confidence. I understand that the agents works for the seller and aims for the best outcome for them. However, some parts of the negotiating process did feel manufactured to give justifications about previous statements. Overall, my partner and I are extremely happy with the house and the price we purchased for. The process was smooth enough but definitely had some ups and downs.
