Due to a tenant going 'very bad' in Keith SA with another agent. I was forced to sell, family matters added to such stress. I presented the property to Melissa at a very bad time to sell (nearing Christmas). She acted very quickly, fully facilitated the removal of the tenant with no issues. Once done, 2 open houses, only 1 customer. One offer which was far below what I needed. Melissa truthfully and quietly negotiated with the 'potential' buyer who placed in a 'Conditional offer'. It took her 2 days, the property 'settled', I picked up 20 thousand. After the situation became unconditional, there was a minor problem with 'final disbursement'.
